About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong background in accounting, advanced QuickBooks expertise, and exceptional spreadsheet skills. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fully remote position requiring excellent English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Manage and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Create and maintain complex financial models and reports using advanced spreadsheet functions (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, data visualization, financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with international teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial automation tools or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in a remote or international work environment.
